Pattern mapping
We identify what repeats: relationships, money, body tension, silence, grief, fear or self-sabotage.
Ancestral patterns
Some patterns feel older than your personal biography: silence, guilt, exile, scarcity, addiction, emotional coldness, loyalty to suffering or a repeated relationship script. Ancestral work gives those themes a clear symbolic container.
We can approach the material psychologically, spiritually or through both languages. The key is not to blame the family, but to understand what you are still carrying and what can be returned with respect.
This work does not replace psychotherapy, trauma treatment or medical care. If your nervous system needs clinical support first, we name that honestly.
How the work happens
We identify what repeats: relationships, money, body tension, silence, grief, fear or self-sabotage.
Images, inner figures or family-field symbols can show what belongs to you and what was inherited.
The point is not to hate the family line. The point is to stop carrying what is no longer yours.
Every symbolic release ends with a real-life decision: boundary, conversation, habit, ritual or support.
Recent violence, severe dissociation or acute crisis require stabilization and clinical care before deeper symbolic work.
We close with grounding, notes and a simple practice so the session becomes usable, not only intense.
